The first story that I looked at was the "day in the life of Laurinda" by SightSavers. I chose to read it cause I thought the photos looked interesting so I decided to read more into it. What I think made their photo story successful was that it drew people in, even if they don't really care for stories about blindness, which I kind of didn't. So yeah.
The second story that I looked at was the "chaos on Hungarian-Serbian border" by Tamas Soki. I chose to read through this one because the photographs caught my eye and they looked pretty interesting. It's always interesting to see what's going on in the world.. What I think made this story successful was that it was a current event, stuff like that is still going on around the world and it brings some light to how it is. Wee.
And for 3 possible story ideas.. I already have an idea in my head that I'm pretty sure I'm sticking with but I'm not going to share it until the project is due because it's a bit too personal for me.
